You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time.
1. Sign in to your account
Go to ordino.ca/login and sign in with your email and password.
2. Go to Account Settings → Delete Account
Tap your profile, select Account Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. 30-day grace period begins
Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion. All your data — transactions, receipts, budgets, and connected accounts — will be removed after 30 days.
Changed your mind? Simply sign back in to your account within the 30-day grace period and the deletion will be automatically cancelled. No action required.
Need immediate deletion?
For urgent deletion requests, email us at support@ordino.ca. We will process your request within 72 hours and confirm once complete.
